Approve a Proclamation recognizing City of Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley for his many years of community service. (No Fiscal Impact)

BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Board’s policy on proclamations, staff has prepared a proclamation in response to Supervisor Belia Ramos’s referral to staff at the August 25, 2026 Board meeting to recognize City of Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley for his many years of service to the local community.
Upon the Board’s approval, the proclamation will be presented by the Chair or another Board Member at an event which will take place outside of a formal Board meeting.
