BACKGROUND
The Governing Board of County Service Area No. 3 (CSA No. 3) opened a public hearing for the fiscal year 2024-25 budget on June 11, 2024. This item has been prepared by the Auditor-Controller's Office based on the Board's actions taken during the public hearing and is presented as the basis for the adoption of the budget resolution.
