The primary purpose of this act is to coordinate community efforts to prevent and respond to child abuse. The mission of CAPC is to establish an effective, cooperative, and coordinated response to end child abuse. One of its objectives is to educate, inform, and recommend child abuse prevention, and child and family-friendly policies to the Board.
In conjunction with the CAPC’s work, it annually prepares a report on its activities. This presentation provides an overview of key points and takeaways from the CAPC’s report for 2026.
