BACKGROUND
A public hearing was opened for the County Service Areas No. 3 (CSA No.3) fiscal year 2026-27 budget on June 16, 2026. This item has been prepared by the Auditor-Controller's Office based on the Board’s actions taken during the public hearing and is presented as the basis for adoption of the budget resolution.
Attached are State Controller Schedules 12, 13 and 14, which include decreases and increases in obligated fund balance, resulting in total financing sources and uses of $324,687.
Requested Action: Adopt a resolution Adopting the Recommended Budget for County Service Area No. 3 for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
