RECOMMENDATION

Approve and authorize Agreement No. 240398B with ExamWorks for the term of January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024, to provide advisory medical record review, independent medical examinations, and/or reports, and pay for previous work regarding an independent medical examination. BACKGROUND
ExamWorks, LLC, has provided the County with sporadic medical record and examination services since 2019. The original agreement expired June 30, 2023, and the County has an outstanding invoice related to this work.
Requested Action:
Approve Agreement No. 240398B for a term of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024, to allow for invoice payment.
