body
BACKGROUND
Since July 15, 1986, Napa County has contracted with the City of Napa for centralized dispatching of emergency vehicles and related services within the county. Dispatch service for FY 2024-2025 is $2,466,474, which includes a 4% cost of living increase and $59,516 for the shared cost of Mark43, a Records Management System (RMS). Service for FY 2025-2026 is $2,562,753, which includes a 4% cost of living increase over the prior year and $59,516 for the shared cost of Mark43 RMS. The maximum compensation for Amendment No. 9 is $5,029,227.
