Approve and authorize Agreement No. 2603294B with On The Move, Inc., for a contract maximum of $104,891 for the term upon approval through June 30, 2028, for the administration of the Transitional Housing Program Round 7 and the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program Round 4 grant allocations from the California Department of Housing and Community Development. BACKGROUND
The State’s Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) provides funding to Napa County through the Transitional Housing Program (THP) and Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program (HNMP) allocation awards for the support of housing navigators to help youth 18-24 years of age secure and maintain housing, with priority given to youth, formerly or currently in the foster care or probation systems.
On the Move is a local vendor already administering housing navigation services to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) in Napa County, through an agreement that uses previous allocation funds of THP and HNMP awarded from HCD.
Requested action:
Approve and authorize Agreement No. 2603294B with On The Move, Inc., for a contract maximum of $104,891 for the term upon approval through June 30, 2028, for the administration of the Transitional Housing Program Round 7 and the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program Round 4 grant allocations from the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
