BACKGROUND

Job Elephant, Inc. is a recruitment advertising agency the County has partnered with since 2023. They specialize in posting public sector job openings to the appropriate job boards, industry publication, newspapers, and other media formats to attract the most qualified applicants.  They also use data and performance metrics to evaluate advertising effectiveness and prioritize where job ad dollars are spent. Their assistance in the distribution of job advertisements is a key support tool for the Human Resources Division in an increasingly competitive job market.
