BACKGROUND
Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., operates Solano Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), a secure 16-bed mental health stabilization facility that provides 24-hour observation, treatment, and stabilization services to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crises. The beds and services purchased under this agreement are essential to meeting the behavioral health needs of Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) clients and provides a critical alternative to traditional psychiatric hospitalization for Napa County residents experiencing psychiatric emergencies of such severity that they cannot be safely or effectively managed in a community setting.
