BACKGROUND
On July 29, 2025, Board of Supervisors approved Resolution No. 2025-80, making updates to the Donation Procedures, which authorized Department Heads to accept donations up to $10,000 without Board approval.
Director of Library Services seeks the Board's approval to accept a donation in the amount of $60,000 from the Friends of the Napa Library. The donation will help fund projects and programs provided to the community at the Napa County Library.
Requested actions:
1. Accept a donation in the amount of $60,000 from the Friends of the Napa Library; and
2. Chair to sign a letter of appreciation in acceptance of the donation.
