Approve and authorize Agreement No. 250009B (NCHA) with Environmental Aqua for a maximum of $121,557 for the term July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, for the operation of public water systems, including water system inspection, testing, and maintenance at the Calistoga, River Ranch, and Mondavi Farmworker Centers. BACKGROUND
Environmental Aqua is a highly qualified and competent water treatment and well system operator with over 38 years of experience in the water improvement industry and several years’ experience serving the water systems at the Farmwork Centers. In addition to superior customer service, Environmental Aqua provides timely submission of water quality reports, and responds to emergencies and critical repairs expeditiously.
Approval of this agreement allows the Napa County Housing Authority to have a contracted service provider for operation of three public water systems, including water system inspection, testing, maintenance, and non-routine services at the Centers.
Requested Action:
Approve and authorize Agreement No. 250009B (NCHA) with Environmental Aqua for a maximum of $121,557 for the term July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
