EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In July 2020 the Napa County Flood Control District entered into an agreement with MIG for assistance with the maintenance, operation, update and support of the online web center for the Watershed Information & Conservation Council (WICC) of Napa County.  That agreement expired June 30, 2022 and the WICC program has since moved to the Planning, Building & Environmental Services (PBES) department.  The Director of Planning, Building and Environmental Services requests approval to continue these services as well as maintain groundwater and water resources web services for Napa County.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
