Director of Planning, Building and Environmental Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement No. 230068B with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated (MIG, Inc.) for a maximum of $24,500 for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 with an automatic rollover of two (2) additional years to assist with the maintenance, operation, update and support of the Watershed Information & Conservation Council (WICC) website as well as maintaining groundwater and water resource web services for Napa County.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In July 2020 the Napa County Flood Control District entered into an agreement with MIG for assistance with the maintenance, operation, update and support of the online web center for the Watershed Information & Conservation Council (WICC) of Napa County. That agreement expired June 30, 2022 and the WICC program has since moved to the Planning, Building & Environmental Services (PBES) department. The Director of Planning, Building and Environmental Services requests approval to continue these services as well as maintain groundwater and water resources web services for Napa County.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
