Approve and authorize Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 230240B with Traditions Psychiatry Group, P.C., dba Traditions Behavioral Health, to increase the contract maximum by $97,730 for a new contract maximum of $2,669,570 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and each subsequent renewal, for the continued provision of on-site psychiatrists and Medical Director for Napa County’s Behavioral Health Medication Clinic. BACKGROUND
Traditions Behavioral Health (TBH) manages and provides administrative oversight for all County medication clinic responsibilities and has fully staffed the clinic with permanent psychiatrists and psychiatric medical director. All positions are considered employees of TBH and are administratively and clinically supervised by TBH. This amendment reflects a contract maximum increase to account for revisions to psychiatrist and medical director hourly rates.
Requested Actions:
1. Approve and authorize Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 230240B with Traditions Psychiatry Group, P.C., dba Traditions Behavioral Health, to increase the contract maximum by $97,730 for a new contract maximum of $2,669,570 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and each subsequent renewal.

This agreement contains a provision for automatic annual renewal. Appropriations have been included in the proposed 2025-2026 budget and future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly. |

Consequences if not approved: |
If not approved, HHSA’s Medication Clinic would not be able to accommodate rate revisions that would directly affect the ability of vendor to provide consistent and reliable psychiatry services, and would ultimately impact patient care. |
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
