BACKGROUND

The Board of Supervisors may allocate community grant funds for nonprofit support and community benefit. The amount of $300 of Board of Supervisors’ District 5 community grant will be used to fund the “Apprentice Producer” sponsorship for the ACHS Theatre 2025-26 season. This sponsorship will support the award-winning American Canyon High School Theatre Arts Program that teaches students about theater arts, drama, and stagecraft through project-based learning. Students bring shows to life and then present them to friends, peers, and the community. Sponsorship recognition will include the county seal in playbills and on the website.
