Approve and authorize Lease Agreement No. 250177B with the City of American Canyon for the term October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028 with no rental fee to provide satellite office space for the District 5 Supervisor, located at American Canyon City Hall, 4381 Broadway, Suite 102, American Canyon. BACKGROUND
The City of American Canyon has offered to provide office space to the District 5 County Supervisor with no rental fee at their City Hall located at 4381 Broadway in the City of American Canyon. The City of American Canyon constitutes a major portion of District 5. Having a satellite office in American Canyon will increase access for constituents to their County representative and increase County presence in south Napa County. The leased space will be used to meet with constituents, participate in meetings, and as a secondary work location for the District 5 representative. The County will be responsible for providing routine custodial services to the office and for maintenance of the interior of the office.
