BACKGROUND
Human Resources received reclassification requests from the two incumbents in the System Support Analyst H&HS classification within the Health & Human Services Agency. Human Resources conducted reclassifications studies and determined that the incumbents were performing duties within scope of the Systems Support Analyst I and Systems Support Analyst II classifications. This action will reclassify the incumbents to the appropriate level of the recently created Systems Support Analyst series in accordance with the duties being performed. The Systems Support Analyst I is allocated to the Self-Sufficiency Services Division, and the Systems Support Analyst II is allocated to the Behavioral Health Division.
