Approve and authorize removal of ten capital asset pavement projects, fully depreciated and are no longer applicable for public or aviation use, from the Public Works - Airport division capital asset listing. (No Fiscal Impact; Discretionary)

BACKGROUND
Napa County Airport receives grant funding through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and California State Aeronautics division to facilitate various airfield pavement maintenance and replacements. These projects are listed as Capital Assets upon completion and depreciated based on required timelines through the FAA and Napa County Policy.
There are ten capital asset listings of various pavement projects that are fully depreciated and have since been rehabilitated or repaved through more recent grants following the FAA’s asset policies. These ten Capital Assets include:
• Asset #101450: Taxi Strip Hangar Area Slurry Seal, established 6/30/1994
• Asset #101451: Runway AI09/18R, established 6/30/1994
• Asset #101452: Taxi Strip Hangar Area Slurry Seal, established 6/30/1997
• Asset #101453: Tower Road Realignment, established 6/30/1999
• Asset #101455: Taxiway C Filet, established 6/30/2002
• Asset #101456: Taxiway C & D Overlay, established 6/30/2002
• Asset #101457: Runway Grind/ Reseal 6/24, established 6/30/2002
• Asset #101459: Ramps - Taxiway F extension, established 6/30/2003
• Asset #101460: Helipad and Ramps - Taxiway A resurface, established 6/30/2003
• Asset #101461: Runway Exit 18R/36L - Taxiway F extension, established 6/30/2003
Requested Action:
Authorize removal of the capital asset items from the Public Works- Airport division capital asset inventory. No surplus action is required, and all requested removals have no book value or remaining grant obligations.
