BACKGROUND
This road maintenance overlay project is part of the County’s ongoing infrastructure management efforts to maintain road conditions, extend pavement life and increase pavement condition index.
To address these challenges effectively, our staff is requesting the use of funds from Upper Valley Disposal Service (UVDS), Zone 3 Franchise fees. b. Increase appropriations in the UVDS Franchise Fee Budget (Fund 2182, Sub-Division 2182000), in account 56100-Transfers Out by $150,000, offset by the use of its available fund balance.
