Approve and authorize Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 200129B with Redwood Psychology Center, Inc., dba Russian River Counselors, to extend the term to June 30, 2027 and replace Exhibit B to increase rates and revise the payment structure, with no change to the contract maximum. BACKGROUND
Redwood Psychology Center, Inc., dba Russian River Counselors, is a group practice that provides mandated bilingual (English and Spanish) psychological evaluations and clinical interviews.
Russian River Counselors completes detailed mental health assessments, psychological evaluations and reports for minors and clients, located in Sonoma County, referred by Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) Child Welfare Services (CWS) staff due to court mandates.
Requested action:
Approve and authorize Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 200129B with Redwood Psychology Center, Inc., dba Russian River Counselors extending the term through June 30, 2027 and replace Exhibit B with Exhibit B-1 (Compensation) to revise the payment structure and incorporate a rate increase.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
