ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND
Napa Vallejo-Waste Management Authority (NVWMA) completed the installation of a solar electric system in January of 2018. Due to public interest, NVWMA would like to understand it’s options for the installation of additional solar energy.
