ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Agency Manager will provide an update on the problems with the shared business enclosure in Calistoga, including an analysis of businesses that are not currently signed up for disposal service. Agency Manager will provide some potential next steps.
Monthly Financial Report: The most recent financial report is attached.
No communications regarding the company customer service were received by the Manager since the last Board meeting.
The Company recently requested the option to process some mixed recyclable waste streams at alternative locations (Ukiah and City of Napa), in addition to continuing to process some materials at the Whitehall Lane facility. The Agency Manager will provide an update on that request.
