DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEM: Staff recommends that the CAC track attendance for the 2024 meetings to encourage member attendance and participation in CAC activities and discussions.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Attendance will be tracked by CAC staff throughout 2024 to encourage members to attend and participate in CAC meetings.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
While most members attend meetings regularly, some members are not regularly engaged with the CAC and its meetings and activities. Tracking attendance for the 2024 CAC meeting calendar will allow members and staff to encourage attendance and participation in CAC, and more easily keep a record of who participated in which discussions.
