ACTION ITEM: Staff recommends that the CAC accept nominations and vote for a Chair and Vice-Chair for the 2024 calendar year. Those elected would take office immediately.

BACKGROUND
As stated in the Bylaws, the Climate Action Committee elects a Chair and Vice-Chair annually. This election will be for officers to begin serving in 2024.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
