body

BACKGROUND

Human Resources reviewed a reclassification request from the Administrative Manager/Clerk of the Board and determined that the classification specification required updates to align with the current responsibilities of the position. A retitling of the classification from Administrative Manager/Clerk of the Board to Clerk of the Board is a result of the updates to the classification specification.

The salary for this position is appropriately set when compared and banded to another position, which is consistent with management compensation practices.
