RECOMMENDATION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's requested action allocates an additional $10,000 from the Public Health portion of the project budget and $13,885 in unspent funds from FY 2021 (a combined total of $23,885) to Innovative Health Solutions to ensure that Napa County is able to spend the grant in its entirety and complete workplan deliverables in the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) ending September 30, 2022. This amendment also extends the current agreement to include the additional year of funding from California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for the FFY ending September 30, 2023.
