ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch (CDPH TBCB) has awarded Napa County Public Health Department the initial allotment of $6,935 for FY 2022-23. The allotment is comprised of $3,269 State funds and $3,666 Federal funds.
