Director of Health and Human Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to Revenue Agreement No. 200303B with the California Department of Health Care Services for a new maximum of $630,477 for the term January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022 for the Medi-Cal Health Enrollment Navigators Project (Navigators Project).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of today's requested action is to approve an amendment to Revenue Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services for the amount of $23,544 that increases the contract maximum to $630,477 to provide funding for the Navigators Project services and activities pursuant to AB 74, with a focus on eight targeted populations.

Discretionary Justification:
This agreement is discretionary in that there is no mandate to accept an additional $23,544, however, acceptance of this allocation augmentation allows the Navigators Project to enroll and retain more Napa County residents in the Medi-Cal program.

This revenue agreement expires June 30, 2022.
Consequences if not approved:
If this agreement is not approved, Napa County will be unable to accept the additional Navigators Project funding.
